For nearly a century, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium has stood as the proud home of Florida Football. Opened in 1930, "The Swamp" has witnessed legendary SEC battles, national championships, and generations of impassioned Gator fans. However, approaching its 100th anniversary, the stadium requires structural modernization to remain the premier destination in college athletics.

Rather than starting anew, the University Athletic Association is advancing a historic $1.45 Billion renovation project. Guided by the principle of preserving the electric atmosphere and scale of the legendary facility, the master project will upgrade technology, expand concourses, address deferred infrastructure maintenance, and elevate premium offerings.

Welcome to Facility Spotlight. Today, we break down the elite roster of sports architecture, planning, and construction firms joining forces to preserve the roar of The Swamp for future generations of Gators.
